What would Alternate Reality episodes be like (a la Parallels)

You might be surprised about just how much I think about things like this. Even real life stuff. Here is one idea:
In one universe during the "Lower Decks" events Ro never left after season 6 and is chosen for the rescue mission. The Carddisian in question was Garak and was one of the Carrddisians who tortured and killed her dad. She refuses to help him get back home. He is found dead when he goes it alone.. Even though she doesn't regret it she feels like it's something a starfleet officer isn't suppose to do and quits starfleet.
Only we find out when she quit she joined the Marquis and later that year during the events of "Preemptive Strike" she contacts Starfleet in order to work with them to stop a big Maquis attack and at the end she surrenders to Starfleet and is arrested.

I have another. In one universe Leah Brahams was chief engineer and LaForge stayed a pilot. They fell in love. In "Booby Trap" Brahams goes onto the holodeck and has to interact with the engine designer who was the guy she was married to in the prime universe. They kind of bond but nothing happens because it's just a hologram and she is dating LaForge. and later in "Galaxy's Child" when he comes aboard for real to help with the engines LaForge and her start to have marriage issues and he feels jealous of this guy but LaForge and Brahams patch things up at the end.

That gives me an idea.
The time line where Miles, Riker, Worf and Beverly were the ones who turned into children. Riker makes new female crewmembers uncomfortable when he gets flirty in Ten Forward. Miles makes the token bartender uncomfortable when he orders a pint. Worf makes his students feel uncomfortable when he's teaching calisthenics. Picard suffers the most uncomfortable breakfast of his entire career.
Wesley crusher left for the Academy in season 3 and came back to the ship in season 6 after graduating from the academy as a engineer who works in main engineering with Geordi. Locarno also comes to the ship in season 6 and they become friends in the timeline as well but with not training accident to get in the way and ruin it.

Q appears on the bridge and Yar immediately fires her phaser at him, unbeknownst to the Q they aren't invulnerable to phaser fire and Q is destroyed before he gets the fourth word out of his mouth.
The Enteprise continues to Farpoint station.

A universe were Barclay is strong and decisive and is the captain and Picard in this universe didn't get stabbed in the heart and is kind of shy and nervous who works in main engineering with Geordi. Picard also spends most of his time in the holodeck instead of making friends ,playing Dixon Hill and he has a Crush on Dr Crusher who he never met in this universe until he was assigned to the Enterprise.

A timeline in Season 8 where the Enterprise-D and crew is taken by the caretaker and ends up in the Delta Quadrant.
A universe where Jack Crusher did not die, but becomes Picard;s first officer on the Enterprise
A universe were Spock is Captain of the Enterprise-D and Picard is his first officer and Yar and Worf are married with Yar as chief of security and Worf as the ships main pilot. Data is head of main engineering and Dr Selar is Chief Medical officer and Riker is ship's counslor and Troi is the Op's officer.
