My favourite episode was the one where Neelix did a cooking segment showing how he made Leola root stew. They shut his kitchen down for a week after they saw the video footage of him sneezing right into the stew, then wiping his nose with his hands.
The one where Neelix did (dilithium) crystal meths to show Naomi and Ichab that Drugs Are Bad.
The series finale where Tuvok strangles Neelix to death for being an annoying jagoff.
I was equally shocked and nauseated by the episode that he dedicated to an in-depth exploration of Klingon sensuality, augmented by video clips of his furniture-breaking romp in Tuvok's quarters with dubbed-in commentary by him and the EMH.
