What Was That Episode?

There was this episode of TNG where a woman pretended to be the devil of this civilization who supposedly sold their souls to her in order to have 1000 years of prosperity and Picard ultimately busts her in court and makes the ground shake and her disappear and re-appear

Since early on, she pretended to be a Klingon Demon named Fek'lhr; when she says "of all the impudence!" to which Picard says "Impudence?" than transforms into the Klingon Demon and says "IMPUDENCE IS PRETENDING TO BE FEK'LHR OF KLINGON!"

I don't know why but that scene made me laugh my ass off! Even Data looked like he was trying not to laugh

I found the quote: It's spelled "Fek'lhr" and he actually said

Picard: Impudence?

Picard as Fek'lhr: Impudence is pretending to be Fek'lhr of Klingon!

It was originally one of the scripts written for the '70s Phase II project as I recall, before it was abandoned for Star Trek: The Motion Picture. So Picard would have been Kirk in the original story.

I wonder how Kirk would have handled her?

Let's see . . .
