What TNG set piece/prop would you most like to have?

The series' regulation hand phaser.

But I'd love to have a working touch-pad outside instead of a door bell. Like the ones outside each crew member's quarters, that also make the sounds. One can be worked to be an intercom button.

The original Enterprise model would be too huge... so I think I'd have to opt for a tricorder. At least with that prop, it had built-in LED's that would move in various patterns and look like a very cool hero prop.

I'd have to go for Worf's chair. The one that looked like black basket balls mounted on steel tubes. And maybe one of Data's paintings.

Years before ending up in Worf's quarters, that chair was featured in a segment of Late Night with David Letterman. I don't remember the context, but it stood out as clear as day in my memory when I saw it on TNG.

Probably Picard's one-button laptop.

They made an electronic piggy bank replica of that laptop back in the 90's, I am fortunate enough to own one. :)

Just so there is no confusion, the image I posted is NOT one of my exact desktop bank. The one in the image is the same item, but brand new, and much more pristine than mine. Mine is very much used, and the paint has worn off a bit in places, but it still works, and it still looks awesome. For some reason it has Data giving orders though (?) I guess they couldn't get Patrick Stewart to record the dialogue. The sound effects include Warp Drive, Photon Torpedoes, and Transporter.

The Enterprise-D model with the ATG dreadnought refit.

If you had wandered into the right Planet Hollywood at just the right time, there is a slight chance this could have happened. At least sorta. The 3rd nacelle and most of the other addons were stripped off for the model's appearance in DS9. Still, it's the four footer.

Correct.

Series chair or Generations version?

Series version, the later version, not the season 1 version.

Also, 'Generations' movie doesn't even exist for me, it's just that bad, in my opinion. :)

EDIT - I thought 'Generations' had the same chair as later seasons.

I would really love to have: the E-D painting in the ready room... :techman:

I don't remember if there were two versions of the E-D on the ready room wall, but I know that the first one that was there, or at least a smaller version of it, was available when the series started. I don't remember if it was in the "Star Trek: The Next Generation" magazines or if it was a cereal giveaway. I just know that I have it somewhere in my collection (in storage). Look around, you may find it.

Hopefully the lady who got that Jesus painting, Ecce Homo, didn't get ahold of this...
