So I just got Netflix and I was wondering what shows and movies have blu ray?

TOS, TNG, Enterprise and all twelve films. Though not all of the films and TNG in HD are available via streaming.

The only Trek that is not available in HD format is this: DS9, Voyager and TAS.

DS9 and Voyager would probably require even more reworking than TNG did, so it's not looking good for them. TAS is releasable in HD right now, but I'm not aware of any plans for it.

You mean which movies and shows are all in HD? Probably all, but that doesn't mean that are bluray quality. A lot of old shows and movies on Netflix are in HD, but a lot is just digitally enhancing stuff.

Perhaps the most complete question would be: Are the HD version of Star Trek on Netflix taken from bluraysource material, or just the standard dvd quality digitally enhanced to become HD?

I think when I watched ST:E it looked like the blu ray one but when I watched ST:TNG it did not look like it.

I think the buffer size was around 17000 same as ST:V.

But for ST:E it was 30000.

Star Trek: The Next Generation in HD is not on Netflix streaming. Amazon Prime does have it.
