What Star Trek Prop Would You Most Like to Own?

Six of Twelve

Either the real thing or an accurate replica.

For me, it would be one of the Voyager Cargo Bay 2 type of regeneration alcoves, complete with two of the black, green -lighted storage bases on either side. In one episode, the Omega one, Seven bends down and opens one of the lids, and takes something out, which showed us their purpose.

Anyway, one could attach a few hooks on one of these alcoves and put it in the entryway of a house and use it as a coat tree, putting hats, gloves, and the like in the storage base.

So, tell me what you'd like to have or already have.

What I already have is a painted, plaster of Patis Cardassian phaser and pad that I got in 1995 at a con in Atlanta. They're full size and look just like the actual props used.

For me, it would be an authentic TNG tricorder that was used in the later years of the show. I've actually got a Playmates toy version that's pretty cool as far as the overall look and sound effects, but it's lacking the genuine light effects when its deployed.

Nor does it have the right weight you'd expect one to have, nor is it made out of metal. I bought one of these, too, back in the day, for my son.

Either the phaser rifle from Where No Man Has Gone Before or the weapons console (yes, the entire console...it would look great in my man cave) from Wrath of Khan, complete with manual torpedo launch trigger.

For what it's worth, the specs on those tricorders in the TNG Technical Manual suggested they weighed less than a pound, so those toys may not be that far off in the weight department.

When The Star Trek Experience was still up and running in Las Vegas, the entryway into it had a timeline with props and costumes and all kinds of great stuff. One thing that always caught my eye was the champagne bottle from the opening of Generations. I thought that was pretty cool.

The gold relief sculptures of Enterprises in the original version of the D's observation lounge.

The M5/Beta5. Like the setup of the Beta 5 more. Do I get the cool secret panel too? :)

Oh oh oh I want the neural neutralizer too.

TMP Captains chair. Looks comffie. Or maybe the TNG movie quality tricorder. (The one Data used to do his "life forms" ditty)

He did his "life forms" ditty at the bridge console. He did the "Hello Geordi/Mr. Tricorder" thing with the tricorder.
I can't believe I remember this stuff. :ack:
