What Role?

Star Trek has been blessed with some outstanding actors ever since The Cage. I've often thought about what characters I'd like to see some of the Trek actors play some time, just because I think they'd do an incredible job.

Knowing that he really does have a gift for comedy, I'd love to see Patrick Stewart play Col. Klink in a movie version of Hogan's Heroes. I think he'd be hilarious.

Anyone else? Who would you like to play what character?

Me? I'd like to see Nicole deBoer play Dagny Taggart, the heroine of the novel Atlas Shrugged.

They were going to do a movie version of it some time back--but nothing came of it. Interestingly enough, Angelina Jolie was cast in the role.

Frankly, Nicole fits the physical description a LOT better--I would say perfectly! Ayn Rand describes Dagny as having a small, slender, fragile build (which Angelina does not), short-cut dark hair, and blue-grey eyes. It's creepy--especially considering how the character has a typicaly tense posture, and has a great deal of spirit and enthusiasm. Ezri Dax, anyone?
