What references and links to other ST episodes would you like to see?

So we know there is going to be some references and links to TOS series, even some characters from TOS appearing on Discovery. What would you like to see on Discovery that connects it to other Star Trek series? Maybe some locations revisited?

I would like to see Mr. Atoz from TOS "All our yesterdays". References to Enterprise series, mention of Archer for example. Also cross episode with another ST series like Trials and Tribble-ations, for example with Star Trek Enterprise which could be most realistic crossover since it prequels Discovery. I would like to see some Xindi species make an appearance or at least referenced. Pleasure planet Risa was always popular in other series.

I want to see them visit the planet from Arena, and run up that rocky outcrop, the one from Bill and Ted.

I'd like for it to stand on its own and create its own unique characters and vision.
Was about to say the same. I'm fine with little references here or there – like the USS Shran in the premiere, which was a harmless little nod in the background – but right now it's much more important for the show as a whole to be and do its own thing. It needs to find its own stories and language. For my taste the Klingon story is already too steeped in existing Trek lore.

Specifically I'm not sure but what I would like is for me to feel it framed within Enterprise and TOS. Touch on both of them a bit. The uniforms call back to Enterprise right now and it's stuff like that that helps me kinda fit the show naturally into the timeline. More of that definitely.

Speaking of which, a non-CGI Gorn would be pretty cool. That should be quite easy to do with todays tech.

Mutating a lizard into human shape should be easy, but teaching him to talk might be harder. :D

Not exactly other episodes, but I'd like to see some more minor nods to the novels like they've already done.
