What is your most prized Star Trek Collectible?

^
Yeah. They made the IDIC logo to be a Vulcan trinket they could sell en masse, and then realised they'd never shown the damn thing on the show. Its insertion into "Is There No Truth in Beauty?", one of the best S3 episodes, is almost completely extraneous.

I don't have much, other than the combadge and rank pips I ordered for my costume and an old TNG comic (released July 1988... it's one month younger than I am!) Of course, I'm not entirely sure where the comic went... Hopefully it's on my desk somewhere. It would suck if I lost it.

My personalized, autographed picture of Dominic Keating that I recieved in the mail five years ago. In fact, dare I say it, that is my prize possession over all else!

I don't know if I have one single prized collectible. The book collection as a whole is pretty damn prized, but that's about a thousand items, not one. Wouldn't want to lose the comic or fanzine collections, either. Or the DVDs or CDs.

I should probably lose the unopened box of Star Trek corn flakes from a few years back, though. Or at least the contents of the box. And the Deep Space Wine from Vegas is probably not aging well.

I forgot I also have a Dominic Keating autograph I got at another convention.

Ooh, a TNG print signed by the whole regular cast, maybe.

Or, for the moment, the first copy (it came separately, with a box of others a week later) I recieved of The Sky's The Limit, on the grounds of it having my first official Trek story, and thus being very important in an ambition-fulfilling sort of way

Sadly...
I outgrew all of mine and either lost them or gave them away. I really don't have any anymore but one day I would love to have a couple of high quality replicas of the original enterprise and the movie refit.

For me, I guess it would be my autographed photo of Avery Brooks, because it makes me happy to remember meeting him. :)

My second favorite would be my Hallmark ornament of DS9.

I just like it. :D

My b&w original cast photo that I have been collecting autographs on since the mid-80's. I have everyone's signature on it, with the exception of William Shatner. I went to a convention he was at in Washington D.C. in the early '90's but he wouldn't sign anything. He just popped in, gave a speech for an hour, then disappeared.

I have various models some done very well but this just came in the mail for my birthday. My camera kinda sux but you'll get the idea. It will look great once I get the supplys together to paint it. Got it from the guys at Federation Models, those guys do excellent work!

I did that once, but kept my Franz Joseph Tech Manual & 1st edition Making of Star Trek paperback (white cover). Then it crept up on me again the past couple of years. *grin*

The Master Replicas 1701 is very, very nice. Not without minor flaws (the most irritating for me is the slow blinking speed of the saucer position lights *grin*), but the size of the ship and electronics, if viewed in a darkened room, can make you hear Shatner. "These are..." *grin*

I have a 1982 Italian marquee poster with the European artwork for The Wrath of Khan. If you know your movie posters, there is usually separate artwork for overseas releases. The Wrath of Khan art was far better than the US artwork.

It was used in a theater in Rome for the movie's release there. It's the big one 55" by 40".

The Italian language is awesome.

"L'ira Di Khan"

Ai confini dell' universo, si prepara l'inizia dell vendetta

I have a large notebook of a ton of the Star Trek Collectible Card Game. Sadly, I never met anyone to play it with. So, I had to devise some rules of my own to play solo. It is my most prized Star Trek item since it contains cards through all 5 series.

I don't really have anything you'd call a 'collectible'. But I'm very proud of my collection of nearly 300 Star Trek books. :)

My ST:TMP Spock liquor decanter.

The booze long-rotted away the cork, but it's still in good shape.

And just a really weird likeness of Nimoy. Not spot on by any means, just one of the more odd ones.

Not sure if this counts as a Trek item...

I have a poster advertising a Nichelle Nichols concert from about 1980 or so, it had a space theme. It's packed in storage, if I find it I'll scan it so everyone will know what I'm talking about.

Purely, without a doubt, Trek collectible? I'd say my David Kimble 1701 Refit cutaway poster, the edition I have is one without the lengthy "About the Artist" blurb.
