Do you like US icecream or Japanese icecreams?
Well I've never had Japanese icecream, so I can't offer an opinion, but zi'd probably like it. I do like gelato though.
I'm not an expert but I'm really fond of the Adzuki bean variety. And those black sesame mochi ice creams are pretty good too.

I should point out that I have never actually eaten an authentic Philly cheesesteak, i.e. One served in that city. I only linked to that article because it was the only one available. Although I would very much like to visit Philly one day and eat one of theirs. The only thing is, do I choose Geno's or Pat's? Or both?
The kind of cheesesteak I have eaten, and which I consider perfection on bread, is served at Katz's Deli in NYC. It's very similar to a Philly, except they use different bread and they don't pre-melt the cheese. In fact I go to Katz's so often - each and every day for lunch whenever I am in the city - they know me by the term "Cheesesteak Man" in that place.
