What is your favorite meat?

I say pork is my favorite. Ham, roasted pig, bacon, etc. I love pig meat most of all.

Another pork lover here. In Italy we have a proverb that says: You don't throw away anything of a pig. We have truly developed the art of turning pork into some of the most delicious things you'll ever eat. Like Parma ham, San Daniele ham, culatello, coppa, porchetta, felino...



Second in line would be chicken, just because it's so versatile and can be very tasty.

Pig, cow and lamb take turns being my favourite. Not to denigrate chicken and turkey, for they are great also.

There is nothing better than really good beef. I had a burger tonight, a really good burger...and it was just fantastic.
