What is your best/worst Trek habit?

I'll go first:

Best: Treating people with different backgrounds with respect and dignity at all times.

Worst: Taking my left pectoral muscle every time I get a call on my iphone.

Best: Understanding that to interfere with other civilizations should not be tolerated.

Worst: I'm the captain and I'm having sex with this alien "lady"

Best: A basic idea of the universe, kind of quantum mechanics and a good idea for consumable drama.

Worst: If I have a replicator and a holo deck to hell with reality.

I think the only trek habit I have is I will watch every single episode, and not skip the bad ones. Other than that, I don't really understand the question.
