What if Weyoun used the Baseball card to emotionally blackmail Jake?

So Weyoun gives Jake the baseball card for his dad, a kind thing to do especially considering who did it.

But if he had an agenda? What if he intended to use Jake as his bitch and every time he declined he would bring up the baseball card?

Something like:

Weyoun: "I need the position of the entire fleet"
Jake: "I'm not getting that for you"
Weyoun: "I gave you that Baseball card, now you won't do this little thing for me? Last time I do anything nice for anyone"

Or something along those lines.

In that case (if I were Jake), I'd simply get to Daddie Sisko, explain him the situation, agree that the lives of those men in the fleet are far more important than one baseball card, and hand the baseball card over to Weyoun again, and tell him:.thank you for handing it over earlier but I'd rather not be indebted to you. Case solved.

Weyoun seemed to genuinely like Jake. He could have used Jake at any time while the Dominion occupied the station to force Sisko or by extension the Federation/Starfleet to capitulate but he didn't. On a more serious note this actually brings up an interesting point about inherent "goodness" in the Vorta/Jem Hadar, in a species that was specifically bred/created to be "Evil".

I'm not sure they were created to be evil. They serve an 'evil' empire, yes, but the Jem'Hadar were specifically created to be the best soldiers, and the Vorta to be the most efficient diplomats. We also know that they have some 'good' traits. The Jem'Hadar are utterly loyal for example, and hate to break a promise they gave earlier (they despise the Vorta for their treacherous behavior I believe). Likewise, it seems the Vorta can be quite pleasant as long as there's no Dominion stake (or sometimes personal stake) involved.

Also, how would he know? I doubt Sisko makes a habit of discussing detailed classified fleet deployments with his teenage son.

He did seem to like Jake, but was also likely considering how threatening the son of the emissary would impact their relationship with the Bajorans.
