What if the Dominion had won

Frankly, all these prognostications of humans just giving up are wrong. Sure, Earth is "paradise" in the 24th century, but humans are stubborn enough that, if the Dominion were to step on their necks, they'd get fed up. And since guerilla warfare and suicide bombings have been effective in at least hobbling foreign invasion forces on Earth up to this century, and that the Maquis resistance against the Cardassians started in the 24th century, I feel you're underestimating humans. There would also be collaborators, with some humans eventually becoming like the Vorta. Lot of interesting stories there. -- RR

^The Maquis were only able to resist because they were able to maintain areas of influence outside of Cardassian control due to treaty stipulations and the Badlands (which is a rather soft science fiction concept), and from there field a small space force.

When the Dominion arrived, their space force was shattered and they lasted all of about half an episode iirc.

I guess even if the Dominion conquered Earth, resistance could continue from the Antares Fleet Yards, the Vladivostok of Soviet Federation of Planets.
