What if? - Andorian, Vulcan, Romulan, Orion Women in Our Time.

Race and gender issues still seem to be present in Kirks era as well as Picard/Sisko/Janeway's...era (e.g. Star Trek Ongoing #29, Star Trek VI, DS9 episode: 'Badda-Boom Badda-Bing,' the novel Crisis on Centaurus and I'm sure there others).

Still? You're talking about a body of fiction all written in the 20th and early 21st centuries. Those making the most noise about it ("first woman", "first black", "first latino") are the ones with the problem.

So what will the human women do?

Get out and do some real exploring!

This is a company that makes realistic sex dolls.

https://www.realdoll.com/

They were featured some years ago on HBO's Real Sex series, showing how they are made. You can check the site to see how real they look, and they make both genders.

I have considered asking them if they could do fantasy characters like Trek aliens, but as I do not have the thousands of $ for one, I didn't see a point. Still, it could be fun to have a naked female Andorian just sitting around the house.

CCC.

They are good enough to fool HOV traffic cameras. Besides, how "realistic" would an Andorian, Orion, or Cheronite sex doll really look? It is the fantasy aspect after all.

Indeed.
