What happened to the Other Losties? (Spoilers through 5x05)

And by Other Losties I mean the tail-section survivors who were captured and joined The Others. I don't remember how many of them there was, but there was the air-stewardess Cindy and a bunch of kids and probably a few more. When the time jumping started they seemed to stay in the "present" with The Others, but they were on the island the same amount of time as the rest of the crash survivors so why didn't they jump too? I thought that maybe they went through a special Other membership ritual, but surely then Juliet wouldn't be on the time-jumping adventures with everyone else. And if it had to do with them being in a special location with The Others, then how come Locke was with them when he started jumping?

Do you think this will be addressed or is this a major plot-hole?

Apologies if this has been brought up before, but I only realised this last night.

I think anyone who has been brainwashed by the Smoke Monster (sorry, Security System) in the Temple doesn't time jump. Juliet was obviously not brainwashed which is why she jumps and has large breasts.

So Cerebus shrinks breasts?!?! My standing theory is also now that if you go in the Temple and get accepted by Smokey Cerebus Our Lord and Savior then you'll be time-anchored to the Island the way that Alpert is. I find it hard to believe that Juliet never had this done to her in the ?three? years she spent on the Island versus the Abducted Tailies who were only there 100 days.

Well, she was needed for a specific purpose, not because she was "special" and chosen by Jacob. But it could also be that, once you leave the Others, you don't get their special protection.

I have been wondering where the other group, Rose, Bernard, Vincent, etc. went to. We saw them on the beach a couple of episodes ago, but then they disappeared. Dammit I want to know where everyone is!
