And by Other Losties I mean the tail-section survivors who were captured and joined The Others. I don't remember how many of them there was, but there was the air-stewardess Cindy and a bunch of kids and probably a few more. When the time jumping started they seemed to stay in the "present" with The Others, but they were on the island the same amount of time as the rest of the crash survivors so why didn't they jump too? I thought that maybe they went through a special Other membership ritual, but surely then Juliet wouldn't be on the time-jumping adventures with everyone else. And if it had to do with them being in a special location with The Others, then how come Locke was with them when he started jumping?
