What games do you no longer play?

What games in the past did you play a lot but no longer play for whatever reason? Can be anything online, solo games, group games.

Not a fan of f2p online games but I did dabble with Defiance and Skyforge when they were brand new and there was excitement about them, but that was a long time ago and the servers for them now are all gone. I miss those days of very early AM group meetings for Defiance and play sessions till almost sunrise my time, but that was lmited to weekends most of the time, but still it was the best fun at the time. Same really for Skyforge when I first found it, there were bigger groups of people and it was a fun game that could be played both solo and in a group but I'm not sure what happened with that one, it just died off slowly for me. I remember one Christmas event and the game landscape being done up for Christmas but I think after that the desire to play just wasn't there. Also at that time I think the Defiance servers were starting to shut down.

For me, it's probably first person shooters. Back in the early days, played a lot of them (though not often multiplayer - I was never a big online gamer).
Before that, flight sims.

I don't play as much at all anymore, though I lean RPGish nowadays, whether action or not.

Most games that don't have a quicksave option. I'm an adult, I don't always have time to finish the level or get to the next checkpoint.

The joys of emulation means older stuff I can now use save states and play at my leisure.

Haha I used to do shooters and all and games like Far Cry 3. But tried to play that one again now and it just doesn't interest me anymore, neither does playing online with other people. Games like The Talos Principle 1 and 2 are reasonably fun and still engage me when the mood strikes.

In the other thread where I asked what is your comfort game for me it's more immersive things like Zero Dawn and Forbidden West where there is a big story and it plays out like a big story. I still love both of them despite having completed them multiple times.

Oddly out of pattern though I picked up Dead Island 2 the sequel to Dead Island which I did play when it was brand new on a sale so it was a cheapie. I actually don't mind this one and have sunk a few hours into it so am gradually going through just the main story and not worrying about online content. Oddly I don't like the Resident Evil series as it just doesn't grab me, the movies were the only thing from that universe I own.

Same here. I just don't have the reflexes for them anymore. I'll play some of them, but only if they're truly special. The only exception to that would be the immersive sims (hate that term as it's too vague) such as the Dishonored games and, the Deus Ex games, and the Prey reboot, and the first-person RPGs such as the Fallouts and Outer Worlds, as they are slower-paced and more about exploration.
