I think the one with Data's daughter was called The Offspring.
The ones that I find most moving are also the ones that are my favorites. And I think they were mentioned in the previous threads by the other people posting.

You can look it up. xD. It's the one where the Xindi exterminate earth and all its colonies and the last few surviving humans have been living on a colony for 12 years with the Enterprise and some other ship patrolling.... Archer has a memory loss issue and has been shacking up with T'Pol
The remaining humans were living on Ceti Alpha V.
Too bad for Archer with his memory-loss in regards to T'Pol...

Those two immediately spring to mind. I'll no doubt think of more but those two are just wonderful episodes.

I really really had to cry at VOY "The Threshold". I was overwhelmed by my emotions while watching this episode.
Agreed.
The Quickening always gets me, the moment the mother finds out that her suffering cured her baby's illness.
I thought The Offspring was very moving. Brought tears to my eyes and that is very hard to do.
The Visitor tops the list, probably followed by Inner Light. I guess others would be...

I was moved to tears by the VOY episode One Small Step this week. I found it very affecting.
First time round:
Skin of Evil
The Offspring
Since becoming a Parent:
Blood Heat
Endgame (particularly the fan edit, wish I could find it again to download it)
And...hating I can't remember the title, the one where Tuvok loses his marbles and Neelix looks after him. Not least as listening to my then 3 year old explaining what was happening was very heartwarming.
Edit: oh...and Tuvoks dance step when Neelix leaves, and a deep love for the Tom and Bells stuff. I become a shipper, 15 years after the fact.
