I'm sure there will be posts saying the end credits, but I know there are people out there who like the PT or at least parts of it.

Here are some of mine

The political aspects of TPM
Darth Maul
Senator Palpatine's voice
Battle Droids quotes
Coruscant
Jango Fett
Music from planet Kamino
Coruscant night club Jedi hunt for Zam Wessel in
Count Dooku's royal personality
Plo Koon!
Dark tone of ROTS
General Grievous and his IG Magnaguards
Yoda taking out the Royal Guards and fighting the Emperor
Links to ANH in ROTS
Qui-Gon Jinn
Anakin taking out the younglings and the Separatist leaders
Duel of the Fates

What are yours?

Pretty much everything except Jar Jar, some of the acting and the dialogue.

If Lucas had written the story and let someone else direct it and write the script they would have been fine.

Pretty much everything. There really isn't much that I dislike about the Prequels ( or ANY of the SW films, for that matter), but if I had to get specific, here's some of my favorite things:
* The political aspects of the storyline
* The fact that we get to actually see the Jedi in action during their prime
* The references to the latter (or former, depending on your POV) films
* Obi-Wan and Anakin's relationship being both similar and different to what is implied by Obi-Wan in the latter/former films

The cast, on paper, is good if not fantastic. John William's score is excellent in all three films, but especially the first and third. And I love that Ian McDiarmid was brought back, sans make-up, to play the "younger" Palpatine.

Cast (mostly), costumes, sets, models, effects, props, production design, hair, make-up, etc. were all top notch. It's other elements that weren't so hot.

Hands down, Ian McDiarmid's Chancellor Palpatine/Darth Sidious. Hell, the trilogy could have been just him sneering and barking orders to underlings via hologram and I would STILL love the prequels.

The music was fantastic.

EDIT: now that I think about it, I also like the music from Pearl Harbor, King Arthur, Van Helsing, and "Star Trek: Enterprise". I'm sensing a theme here...

The Nubian ship designs. N1, Royal Yacht, etc.

Badass.

In fact, the design work was pretty cool across the board, maybe a bit more of a cleaner look than I would have liked, but hey, it's just a movie.

The end credits of Star Wars Episode III. The internal knowledge that there would be no more Star Wars films filled me with joy.

Then the clone wars came.

pretty much everything. Jar-Jar's not THAT bad...

but i LOVE:

the pod-race
duel of the fates
Jedi kicking ass
Yoda VS Dooku
Yoda VS Sidious
Kit Fisto
Mace Windu
Ki-Adi Mundi
the Order 66 montage
Obi-Wan VS Vader on Mustafar
Battle of Geonosis
Battle of Coruscant
Padme in that black dress on Naboo...

Qui-Gon and some of Binks's comic relief
Most of Williams's music, most of the lightsaber duels
Kamino and Coruscant
Palpatine
The Order 66 sequence
Most of Padme's costumes in AotC
Anakin searching for the Tusken raiders (maybe the best scene was the transition from Binary Sunset to Duel of the Fates in AotC)

There were some stunning visual sequences and some great designs. The prequel trilogy gave games like Battlefront some great new environments to play in.
