What do you/don't you want to see in the new film?

I want plenty of Daisy Ridley scenes, given how awe-struck I was with her performance in the trailer. Thankfully, I'm probably good on this front.

I want Han to be a badass. Looks like I'm good there, too.

I want loads of fun action. Check.

I don't want the film to feel terribly contrived. We'll see. But I tend to be a glass-half-full kind of fan, so I'm sure I'll like the movie.

For the movie to be fun and give us a seamless changing of the guard.

I want it to be better than the prequels (which I fully expect to happen) and I want a lot of scenes with the OT trio. Also, I want more than a cameo from Luke. Hopefully the fact we haven't seen him is a tease, and not because he's only in 5 minutes of the movie or something.

I want to see Jar Jar Bink's grave, then later someone desecrates it in the most vile, horrific way that has ever been captured on film.

Yes:
-dancing teddy bears. :p
- Tatoonie sunsets

No:
-cheesey love story lines

Expected:
-Severed limbs

Expected: A lightsaber fight that occurs at or ends up near a nigh-bottomless pit, since it seems that lightsaber fights practically cause such pits to appear.

Desired: Cool ships. Good acting.

Feared: Horrible love scenes. Anyone, especially anyone pregnant, dying because they "lack the will to live". Midichlorians.

I'm most worried abvout Starkiller base. Is it another Death STar.. and can't tehy tell otehr kinds of stories. Plus.. it destroys stars, I suppose, but if it is a planet converted i nto a weapon how does it move beyond its own system? Also, why not make an actual other Death Star, soemthing that destroys planets? I have to say, destroying a planet was the perfect "bug threat" for a Star Wars movie.. as it instilled a sense of urgency in teh rebels. Making it destroy a star as opposed to a planet doesn't really increase the level of drama it would have for the characters. And if something is too powerful, it becomes less believable in the setting. Yeah, it's all fantasy, but there has to be ways to hold back, because honestly I'm getting flashbacks of JJTrek, where supernovas threaten galaxies (a poor understanding of astronomy) and people can beam to faraway planets, or travel there in ships in 5 minutes. Trek was more dramatic when the galaxy felt as big as a galaxy was.
