What do aliens taste like?

You guys haven't even touched the double entendre possibilities of this thread... Though congratulations for one of the most bizarre threads I've ever seen.

Hmm... An alien I want to take a bite out of... Han Solo, Spock, Max Evans and Michael Guerin come to mind. :guffaw:

Those Spock ears look nibble-worthy.

And, well... Mork's not half bad either.

Move over MILFs and GILFs, it's the AILFs!

Well, (puts on Professors' glasses) keep in mind that before experimenting with off-world tastes to consult a Doctor and have treatments done to your digestive system (and damn near whole body) so the biochemical differences arising from ingesting a substance that originated and evolved in a different planetary environment don't react badly to you and kill you.

This has taken an interesting turn... :shifty:

I too must shame Cardassia and admit the heat is not my thing. Maybe I can work at the embassy on Breen.

I hear that it's bitterly cold on Breen:devil:.

Me, I want to work at our embassy on Romulus!

Have we been told what the climate of Romulus is like? Or are we guessing from the little bits we've seen? I don't know, but then, I am not always the most alert person in the Trek world.

I grew up in the Mojave Desert in Southern California, so while I handle heat very well - that is, I don't get hot easily - I rather not have to handle it. In fact, I have a goal - a dream, if you will (I believe I've mentioned this to Thor) - and that is to never be hot again. While I'm not going to reach that goal here in Indiana, it's at least much more likely here than in my SoCal hometown. (A gal's gotta have a dream!) So no Cardassia for me.

And I thought that Sprool was a Narn delicacy? It's very much like Swedish meat balls.

Anyone ever had Tribble Tar-Tar?

:guffaw: again!

I'm still waiting for someone to pick up on the double entendre possibilities of this thread.

Okay. Maybe my mind is just dirty. But...

Probably smart not to go there.

In the intended way this topic title was supposed to be taken: like alien fillet shish kebab garnished with alien entrails and a green slime sauce.

With a side dish of that aforementioned Tribble Tartare. Perhaps some Ewok wok dumplings, too.

Jar Jar enflambé would probably be popular. Tastes terrible, though.

Yeah, but kind of salad?

Has anyone ever tossed a Romulan's salad?

Anyway, right now I've been having a taste for chopped chicken liver. I've tried a couple of different recipes, but I'd like to branch out into sampling liver of different species. :techman:

I thought the Tholians were crystalline? Or do I have that wrong? If so, they're either salt, or suger. I have a sweet tooth, so I'm going to go with sugar, otherwise they are only useful for seasoning and cooking everyone else. So, then, sugar. Rock candy (crystal candy?). Or pop rocks, that have that popping chemical reaction on your tongue. Just a passing thought.
