Well, it's hard to believe I started this way back in 2012, but it's time for my eighth annual "What Did You Read" thread!

While not as bad as the great Trek drought of 2018, 2019 still wasn't a stellar year. I didn't read nearly as much Trek as used to pre-2018, but I still read fairly consistently all throughout the year. Here are my 2019 reads.

Star Trek: The Next Generation: Collateral Damage by David Mack
Articulated Restraint by Mary Robinette Kowal
Boundless (The Legend of Drizzt, #32) by R.A. Salvatore
Auberon by James S.A. Corey
Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead: Typhoon by Wesley Chu
Wanderers by Chuck Wendig

- DS9: The Long Mirage - German edition
- TOS: Antares Maelstrom (not yet finished)
- Voyager: A Pocket full of lies - German edition
- New Frontier: Blind Man's Bluff - German edition
- Section 31 - Control - German edition
- Miasma, The Stuff of Dreams

So I haven't read as much as I did in the years before.....

Very little Star Trek this year, but gearing up a little for hopefully more in 2020 with the Picard launch and interested to see how the current era of Trek 24th Century novels is wound up.

Star Trek: Picard - Countdown #2

I'm still reading Interstat. I'm up to the middle of 1981, and the news just broke that Spock Will DIE! in the upcoming Trek "TV Movie" (as was planned at the time.) Holy shit, the weeping, wailing & gnashing of teeth is of positively biblical proportions! Can't wait to see the reactions in another dozen or so issues when TWoK comes out.

Current listen: Doctor's Orders. Current read: Swordhunt. Both by Diane Duane.

I see that some people are putting up long lists on here.

I don’t have the time or inclination to list everything I’ve read in 2019 so I’ll just do what I read in December.

Vulcan’s Forge
Vulcan’s Heart
Days of Future Past (Marvel prose novel)
Vulcan’s Soul (Books 1-3)
Kong Skull Island (movie novelisation)
The Eugenics Wars (Books 1-2)
Civil War (Marvel prose novel)
Avatar (Books 1-2)
Godzilla King of the Monsters (movie novelisation)

All Star Trek unless otherwise noted.

If anyone is really interested in seeing all that I read in 2019 they can find it at www.telos32.wordpress.com
