Had what passes for a cheesesteak in Omaha. Not anywhere near close to authentic, but still good. (they used SWISS CHEESE! The hell? )

Went out with a friend to get a little Chinese buffet. We didn't stay for very long, though.

Roast Ham with a honey mustard dressing glaze, roast Culliflower with cumin, roast turnip, mashed potatoes with garlic and sour cream. For desert we had homemade Sour Cream and Chocolate cake!

Kept is simple as could be.

Canned pasta and some snack crackers.

Extra thin pork chops, rice and salad. Easy peasy.
