Oysters on the half shell. Fish tacos.
Grilled out with mom for lunch so I kept dinner light. Just a garden salid with a sesame ginger salad dresssing.
Cheeseburger at a Waffle House off I-29
Prime rib in a mustard, garlic and peppercorn rub with a Cognac au jus, roasted red potatoes and French green beans. Yes, I made it all, people! 
Chicken breast and some mashed potatoes.
Beef Milanese, salad and vermicelli.
Roast salmon, rice, baby leaf and rocket salad with a basil and pepper olive oil dressing.

Three tortillas filled with nacho cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce. Very simple, but oh so tasty. Easy to make, too.

Kept it simple. Some leftover thin crust pizza and some diet soda.
Whole wheat penne in garlic tomato sauce.

BBQ Steak, potatoes, along with a salad.
Some four-cheese lasagna and garlic bread.
