- Pumpkin soup
- Salmon in a potato fritter mantle with a side of assorted vegetables and a champagne cream sauce
- Cinammon parfait with flambéed plums and French vanilla cream

Just pasta with grated fresh Parmessen Cheese, and toast.

Pasta with a homemade sauce and grated mozzarella. The sauce is pretty simple, I mix cream of mushroom soup concentrate with sour cream and some powdered black pepper. Easy and delish.

More Chinese buffet, with some dear friends after a day of driving around and shopping.

Well, today I had some Italian sausage and stir fried Chinese broccoli with fermented mekeral (kindda like anchovies) with rice... Yum@!

I had Wedding soup and Hot water with Lemon. Have been getting over a cold/cough for the last few weeks and this hopefully helps.

I had a cold slice of pizza with beer and a slice of apple pie.

Banzai (sp?) burger at Red Robin. I think I like the bacon cheeseburger better.

Was at my parents last night and we all tried Goat Meat for the first time...which turned out to be outstanding. It had the texture of lamb but with the taste of a mildly sweet pork. It really was great. We also had Scalloped Potatoes and roasted Culliflower with a bit of cumin on it. Homemade Pumpkin Pie for desert.

I informed hubby last night that I was feeling too under the weather to cook, so he took me to Chili's because he didn't want to cook, either.

I had crispy shrimp tacos. Bland but decent enough.
