Actually you still count as the UK I'm afraid. But we're all one big happy island nation after all;)

From the Scottish Parliament Website said:
The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is the full name of the country. Scotland is a kingdom within the United Kingdom (UK), and forms part of Britain (the largest island) and Great Britain (which includes the Scottish islands). As the UK has no written constitution in the usual sense, constitutional terminology is fraught with difficulties of interpretation and it is common usage nowadays to describe the four constituent parts of the UK (Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland) as “countries”.

Anyway we have our own money, own education systems and own laws.

True we don't have our own banks anymore, but that's a UK Government conspiracy to stop us getting full independence.

^Plus the fact that the majority of Scottish voters don't want it.

:p

and even if you did, you're economy would be dependent on England and Wales'

:p

We'll get our independence when Global Warming floods the South (I don't care how inaccurate that statement is).

Hey, I didn't say that I opposed Scottish independence, just that we're all in the same Nation- State together. (at least for the time being;)).
