What continuity errors are there on Voyager?

Are you really going to pursue the "it's sci-fi, so believability doesn't matter" argument? *groan*
Well, if I may say so, I believe believeabilty is important in any Star Trek production. About 2/3 of the story should be believeable and 1/3 down to the special effects and sci-fiey elements. But that's just me.
I'd say we're close to on point with that.
I believe the characters and the story they're involved with should ring true. All the rest is fiction.

The reason he says this is because navigating at transwarp velocity (at warp 10) and navigating a transwarp conduit are very different. A Borg cube doesn't occupy every point in the universe simultaneously like Paris and Janeway do when travelling at warp 10. The Borgs Transwarp Drive is more closely related to Quantum Slipstream technology than warp speed.
There are so many continuity errors that there are almost impossible to count them.
I only have to mention the amount of shuttles and torpedoes, how many crew members there actually were on the ship and why the episodes "lifesigns" and "Investigations have stardates which actually places the events in "Investigations" before the events in "Lifesigns" which of course is impossible.
However, I've tried to come up with possible solutions to many of them which can be found on the Kes Website under the link "Voyager mysteries-and how to solve them".

Projections has always been a big one for me. The doctor meets and is demonstrably familiar with Barclay. Then when we get to the Pathfinder missions, the doctor makes it very clear that he has no idea who Barclay is.
Then there's the whole... you can't back up the doctor (contradicted by Living Witness).
Then there's the Hansens knowing about the Borg long before Starfleet (though you can argue this one away fairly easily).
You could possibly argue that Lyndsey Ballard is a continuity error since she has such a close relationship with Kim... and yet we've never seen or heard anything of this woman until Ashes to Ashes.
Then there's the whole... you can't back up the doctor (contradicted by Living Witness).
Then there's the Hansens knowing about the Borg long before Starfleet (though you can argue this one away fairly easily).
You could possibly argue that Lyndsey Ballard is a continuity error since she has such a close relationship with Kim... and yet we've never seen or heard anything of this woman until Ashes to Ashes.
Sometimes I get the impression that the later showrunners and producers would like to forget that the first two seasons ever happened.
Edit: Concerning Projections...I suppose it COULD be argued that the Doctor's memory of Barclay was erased during the events of the Swarm...although someone on the crew looked him up and was familiar with his name at least... but then again I suppose they could have forgot all about him during the intervening six years....

Make that the first three seasons.
Didn't they come up with a horrible episode (I can't remember the name) where they corrected their "creation" so that Seven was on board from the start?
And Lyndsey Ballard!
Oh dear!
Did she lay in stasis since the events in "Caretaker"?
Or did she beam on board from some wormhole in 2374?
Or was she suspected as some spy or saboteur who caused Voyager to end up in the Delta Quadrant and was locked up in the brig after "Caretaker" with only peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to eat?
Or the most important question: How could people who possible didn't know their own birthday, their parents and what they ate yesterday be allowed to run a TV series they actually didn'yt care a **** about?

If we're talking continuity errors, it was stated that Harry followed Lyndsey to Voyager because he had a crush on her. Except that he was already engaged to Libby at the time. Whoops.

Well, logically this would mean that Harry was a two-timing asshole. Of course, that's not what was implied, since both the writers and Wang forgot about Libby when they wrote the episode about Lyndsey.
OK, here we go:
In this case, Harry was actually a "two-timing a**hole" who had a secret relationship with his Academy colleague Lyndsey Ballard while dating Libby at the same time.
When Libby did find out about it, she was furious and threatened to phaser Harry to "another existance below the surface of Earth". Harry became very scared and used his contacts in Starfleet to be stationed on Voyager where Lyndsey was instead of Danny Byrd who actually got the job before becoming food-poisoned and unable to report for duty on Voyager. It's always good to have contacts at the Academy. Maybe it was Lieutenant Lasca who helped Harry with that detail.
However, on board Voyager, Harry discovered that Lyndsey had found out about his dabbling with Libby and decided to break up with him. And not only that, she also told Captain Janeway that she didn't want anything to do with Harry under any circumstances.
In order to avoid problems, Janeway ordered both Lyndsey and Harry to stay as far away from each other as possible. When Torres became Chief Engineer, she was informed about the situation and with the help of Carey and the other Engineering crew, they all did their best to keep them apart. So when Harry entered Engineering, Lyndsey felt an urgent need to go to the toilet, when Harry entered the mess hall, Lyndsey was hit by nausea and had to leave and when Harry entered Sickbay, Lyndsey left without letting The Doc examine her. And vice versa!
Since we mostly followed Harry who was one of the main characters, we never got to see Lyndsey in the season 1-3 episodes and Harry's closest friends, like Tom and B'Elanna were polite enough to keep quiet about it
No doubt that Harry was struck by doubt and guilt, therefore his experiences in "Non Sequitur" when Harry ended up in an alternate timeline with Libby and discussing the fate of Danny Byrd.
All that changed when Lyndsey was killed in 2374 and later on when "the other Lyndsey" returned to the ship.
As we all know, Harry had then been replaced by a duplicate of himself which gave Lyndsey (or more correctly Lyndsey 2) a reason to forgive him.
The same when Duplicate Harry returned to Earth. Both Libby and Danny Byrd forgave him since they realized that the Duplicate Harry wasn't actually the exact same Harry who had cheated and fooled them.
