1. TOS/TAS

2. TNG

3. All other Trek shows.
Not that there's anything wrong with that... but why then are you backing me up in Pro-DSC posts, giving likes and agreeing with me and so forth? :wtf:

Unless you love TOS at a level of One Googleplex Percent, TNG at a level of One Google, and the rest at 100 or so. ;)

I mean, basically yes!

TOS and TNG are my go to Trek. I probably watch an episode of either or both every week.

I love all Trek, just on principle, but the other shows stand distant from the first two... there's even a fraction of a difference there between TOS and TNG.

I'd say I love TOS/TAS 100%, TNG 95% and all the others 90%.

(Plus, I often like comments I don't agree with if they are intelligently written. You and Mr Fireproof fall into the category where I don't always align with you, but admire that you are both smart and can put your opinion across in a civil manner.)

I feel Picard is a show that's really going to age well. once the dust is settled on it and it's all done. Really interesting to see Lower Decks winning out in the modern shows too. I could not have predicted that a few years ago when it was announced.

I switched #3 from TNG to Voy. I remember more of those episodes than TNGs, so that must mean something.

I rewatched PIC S1 right after my second ever full watch through of DS9 and I remember thinking to myself that PIC was absolutely on par with it.

I don’t think there’s any magic to LD being beloved. It’s like the infatuation with Orville. The fact that it’s not serious means people don’t take it seriously, and thus it gets massive amounts of leeway that more serious undertakings would never get.

Why do they need leeway?

I have to be honest, I used to very comfortably put VOY at the bottom of the pack...but I am re-watching the show now (really more "watching for the first time," since I probably saw less than half of the episodes prior to this)...and I'm finding it quite enjoyable. It's not "great"....but it's some of the best comfort food I've eaten in a while.
