What are your top 3 Star Trek films?

Personally for me if I had to sit down and watch the ones I personally love and find the most entertaining.

This was once my post in the controversial opinions thread... TUC aside, movie Trek has never been better than in the Kelvin trilogy.

 

TUC is my number one, but I can't really agree with you on the Kelvin trilogy.

 

Was 47 a thing when they did Wrath? Or did it get big later, in the Berman era?

These are the ones I consistently come back to.

 

I was very excited to see the 2009 film but was largely disappointed, depsite some good early themes it totally fails to deliver a Star Trek feel. Abrams was a way to commodify Star Trek into something more accessible closer to Fast and the Furious than First Contact.

 

You mean you were offended they were Igloo Klingons? It was honestly a bit much, just because they are blue doesn't mean they need to live in Norwegian Ice Hotels ffs. Berman was cheeseball.
