TNG "Timescape", when Picard draws that smiley face into the exploding warp core cloud.

And DS9, forgot which episode, when Worf learns Keiko is pregnant again: "I will be far away then. On Earth. Visiting my parents. Excuse me." ?

But there are so many more ... especially much Quark stuff on DS9.
