Assymetry in Uniforms is odd looking.

And well, ugly.Granted, the MM's were technically asymmetrical as well - an argument frequently used against them - but there was more of an established purpose there, considering such a cross-over design was used in tunic construction for centuries by various militaries - another argument frequently used against them for being too militaristic-looking.![]()
The "triangle"?The asymmetry of the TNG uniforms bugged me too.
Of that's referring to the color pattern then yes.The "triangle"?
It wasn't flattering to have that Asymmetrical triangle around the stomach line. The "triangle"?
Amen!ENT has pockets, so it wins.
Mine too. Those uniforms were more.... well, uniform. Not gonna lie, my favorite uniform is still the First Contact one.
I liked the Starfleet cadet uniforms from the late 2360s also. Similar to the DS9/VOY uniforms but with pockets.ENT and TOS (and to some degree SNW) have the only uniforms that seem to make sense. ENT has pockets, so it wins.
Kelvin as well, with a good mix of duty, dress and service uniforms for different tasks.ENT and TOS (and to some degree SNW) have the only uniforms that seem to make sense. ENT has pockets, so it wins.
Is that a phaser in your pocket or are you…wait, we don’t have pockets.Starfleet uniforms with pockets violate Gene's vision of the future. A future were we have evolved from the need to have clothes with pockets, for who needs pockets when they have no wallets to put in them.
Wait until you find out the original design for Starfleet uniforms during the United Earth era included a small pocket for tiny monkeys.Starfleet uniforms with pockets violate Gene's vision of the future. Transporter credits for trips home. Why do cadets need pockets anyway?
All future uniforms needs more pockets.ENT and TOS (and to some degree SNW) have the only uniforms that seem to make sense. ENT has pockets, so it wins.
