ok, while goldeneye is still great and did a 1990s do over for james bond by casting Pierce, the movie's ending ends up just weird and kind of creerpy.
Bond and Natalya save the day by beating Onatopp, Alec and Boris.
then when Bond and Natalya are about to make out on the ground, Joe Don Baker's character along with some US soldiers just happen to pop up out of nowhere.
those us soldiers while they were lucky didnt get crushed by the helicopter landing or when Bond and Nat were makign out didnt get stomped on.
so pretty much, those U.S. soldiers were hiding there the whole time and just watching Bond and Natalya make out

I'm doing a Henry Fonda marathon and to my horror this morning, I discovered my old flipper DVD of The Grapes of Wrath in my Ford at Fox boxset finally gave up the ghost. So, I just ordered the blu-ray so I could upgrade one of John Ford's best pictures.

Finished season 3 of Dark Winds. I didn't enjoy it as much as the first two seasons.
Finished season 2 of Night Manager. It wasn't good. This is what happens when folks try to extend a series beyond the original book and don't have the writing chops to do it. I'm hoping this doesn't happen with the Institute. Of course, after watching Under the Dome, I wouldn't be surprised if it does.
Almost finished with a rewatch of season 1 of Hannibal. This show holds up. I'm enjoying the rewatch.

Get Smart (got the series on DVD for my birthday). I first watched the shows on CHCH (https://www.chch.com/) and got a kick out of all the crazy stories and gags.
