A terrorist group that never fought the West but it is said to have been the most technically creative terror group ever. They invented the suicide vests that were later copied by middle eastern terror groups.

Catching up with last week's Daily Show episodes on the DVR.
Watched some episodes of Border Security (Australia). The Customs & Border Security officer, going through a Chinese woman's bag, finds a package of peanuts, and asks why she didn't declare nuts on the form. If it was me, I would tell the Customs officer that peanuts are not a nut, but a legume.

Boston Blue. Is it just me or do a lot of TV shows make the main characters really basic or really stupid so the audience can follow the show easier?

I've been watching some Christmas movies as the month has gone on, including

The Muppet Christmas Carol (A top tier film, although only my second favorite version of the story, after the one I usually save for Christmas Day)

Christmas Carol: the Movie (A 2001 animated version that I'd never seen before. Outside of the kind of amusing moments of Nic Cage voicing Marley with a bad English accent its not very good.

Black Christmas (A very boring Chistmas horror film from the 70s)

Batman Returns (If Die Hard is a Christmas movie then this definitely is, I don't like it very much but Keaton is still great and it has some good moments)
