Brad Pitt in a fun stylish comedic action thriller all set on a bullet train. Quirky characters, dialog and actors are the draw here with a sort-of Tarantino/Guy Ritchie vibe and a lot of flair.

Similar to how Planet of the Apes, was a book, a bunch of movies, a tv show a vinyl record, a comic, an animated show and another movie, another comic, and then another bunch of movies.

Ever since I have had Showtime I am seeing some weird movies.

I binged this series (one season + one new ep) and it's better than it has any right to be though I think the first half was stronger than the latter where it got a little too meta if you ask me. It's a step up production-wise from most Syfy fare (I guess they show this on USA as well?). The craziest thing is the main cast are all teens IRL and does not go easy on them. More boy-on-boy kissing than I ever remember seeing, stabbings, killings, etc. Alyvia Alyn Lind is quite the revelation, and really gives her all when she could've phoned it in and treated it as just a cheesy show.

OK I bit the bullet got a copy of "Everything Everywhere All At Once" because people keep raving about it, opens envelope dvd came in and ha warnings on the packaging about violence and crude sexual humor, thanks Australian ratings system that's put me off.
