What are you watching???

I am still currently rewatching Enterprise, but I started Breaking Bad last night. I've never seen it and it's critically acclaimed. I'm hoping this year I can see that, The Wire, and The Sopranos.

Watching Indy 500 practice. What an age we live in! When I was a kid, I wished I could watch daily coverage like this.

Mrs. Q2 & I were looking for something to watch together and landed on Victoria over on Amazon. We're liking it. Pretty well made, decent production values and the story and acting are decent enough. Watched the first 4 episodes of season 1 last night. Then I jumped to...Love Death & Robots over on Netflix. Watched all 8 episodes of season 2 in one sitting, which isn't difficult with an average run time of about 5-15 min. each. Was decent enough, but I like the first season much better.

I enjoyed Victoria when it aired here.

Earlier, binged The Nevers on Atlantic, now it's back to Jupiter's Legacy.

Can we talk about the series we're watching in this thread or is it just name the series and be done with it. I don't really want to start a thread for the show I'm watching, but I still want to talk about it in some way. If I can't do this then I won't do it anymore after this post.

I finished Season 1 of Breaking Bad last night. That was a great first season, and it's showing how you can do character development on a limited number of episodes. Each episode has done a great job meeting the characters and showing Walt's transformation, to the point where what he did in the penultimate episode of the season was bad ass. I have to say though I'm not entirely a fan of Skyler yet. The episode with the Intervention kind of turned me off from her. It seems like she wants to make all the decisions for Walt, and Walt's response of this was the first time he's had to make a decision was spot on.

Army of the Dead.

Surprisingly little substance for how long it is. Not that it needed a script Daniel Day-Lewis would make, but there could've been some meat on the bones.

i watched the movie last night, and i totaly agree with this. it was ok....

i can honestly say, that the series keeps the momentum and i thought it was getting better for each season, thats very very rare. To further explore that universe, check out "Better call Saul" when you're done.

I was thinking of checking that out later.

For now, it's been an episode of Picard on Blu.

It was the third time I watched the pilot, that I noticed in a boring scene, where Walt and Skylar are having a boring conversation about money, that she is giving him a handy.

EWWWW!!!

OLD PEOPLE!

My wife thinks that if I agree to watch Newlyweds with Jessica Simpson and Nick Lache, from 2003, that I will care in the slightest.

EWWWWWW!!!

YOYNG PEOPLE!!

MrsQ2 & I have been making our way though Victoria over on Amazon Prime. I think we just started season 3. We're enjoying it. It's very well done and the actors are pretty decent. Nice period piece.
