What are you watching???

I’m surprised that no one here started a thread, but if you’re interested in some really good real-time episode analysis by fans check out Reddit during the commercial breaks. Looking forward to the finale on Sunday.

I don't have cable and will have to wait until it's on Amazon. However how is the last season? Are we getting clear answers?

PAUL WILLIAMS: STILL ALIVE. A great, and very entertaining, documentary on whatever happened to actor/songwriter Paul Williams.

I’m remembering the Odd Couple episode where Felix’s daughter becomes a Paul Williams groupie:

I am, too! That last episode was....something. I can't wait to see where we go from here.

Anybody remember this game? :borg:

It seems I'm watching the season 3 finale of the marvelous mrs. maisel already. The third season is a lot more enjoyable to me than the second, which felt really uneven.

Mrs. Q2 and I just finished episode 7 last night. We both agree that this season seem better than season 2. Very snappy dialog and the stuff with the inlaws was just gold. Jane Lynch loves to chew scenery and the music is awesome.. Very worthwhile viewing...

The dialog is better, the conflicts and storylines are better, no one acts weird (Like the mom/grandma in season 2.). Episode 8 is 90 minutes instead of 60 and is a lot of fun.

I won't spoil it for people who haven't watched, but it feels like the writers actually listened to the fans complaints and fixed them, like the children not being a big enough part of her being a working mom in 1959-60. Season 3 was my favorite yet.

Having just finished the 3rd season of 'The man in the high castle' I'm a little annoyed. Before season 3 I felt like the show has several more years left in it, now I feel like there should have been 5th season. Like season 3 is the turning point and need 20 more episodes to end it all.

I'm watching The Witcher. Enjoyed the first couple of episodes so far. I like the ensemble cast and the fight choreography. It's being dubbed as the next Game Of Thrones but I honestly don't see it. (Or like to compare it to anything else.) If I were to compare it to other fantasy shows then it's probably closer tonally to the darker episodes of Hercules and Xena.

Although, I'm a fan of The Witcher 3 game.

Last night's double feature on DVD: "Abbott & Costello Meet the Invisible Man" and "Invisible Agent."

Guess I was in a mood to not see something. :)

I attempted to watch the FX version of "A Christmas Carol," but couldn't get though it . What a mean - spirited (both literally and figuratively), violent, fucking mess. People killing animals, women being assaulted and everyone seething with rage-- not exactly the story of redemption and finding joy in the season. Talk about completely missing the point. You'll find more love for humanity in an episode of "Peaky Blinders.":thumbdown::thumbdown:
