What are you watching???

Travel Man: 48 Hours in Seville

Richard Ayoade and Rob Delaney. Love these and glad they're back.

Currently watching Syracuse vs Gonzaga mens basketball for March Madness. Earlier watched the Syracuse women's basketball team win.

ETA: And Syracuse got the win. It was heart stopping but we did it.

The walls in front of me melt.

After 17 hours of work I am trying to stay awake for the first train home in 90 minutes by watching the documentary 20 Feet From Stardom.

It's all colourful lights and jumbled sounds. Might be voices from the tablet, might be voices in my head.

Ah crap....

Hugo - zzzzz

Graham Norton Show

Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck and Amy Adams. I think they'll be talking about a new film they're in. Not sure which one though.

I refuse to watch friendlies (especially when they interrupt the domestic league).

It's a crying shame - England scored. But alas, friendlies are unimportant. There is a German phrase including a golden pine-apple. Or dead rubber. Irrelevant. Yes, I like the last one. It sounds Borg-like.

Since my last visit to the Trekbbs;
*Supergirl, probably my favorite show
*The Muppets TV show
*A Japanese film called With Beauty and Sorrow
*2 Broke Girls (I think I only watch this show is because of Kat Dennings)
*iZombie
*The Flash
*Black-ish
*Orange is the New Black, Seasons 1 to 3
*An episode of the 2002 Twilight Zone show
*Season 6 of The Venture Bros.
*Doctor Who: Vengeance on Varos
*Doctor Who: The Two Doctors
*Doctor Who: Hell Bent
*Doctor Who: Face the Raven
*Doctor Who: Heaven Sent
*Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li (Primarily to see Kristen Kreuk)
*One Step Beyond: The Death Waltz
*The 1st season of Buck Rogers, seeing a lot of episodes I have never seen. Some bad episodes were: "A Blast for Buck" (a clip show) and "Twinkie is Missing." (Yeah, I call him Twinkie. He's a character who actually made me laugh more than when I was a kid, probably because he's more 'adult' than I remember him to be as well as his deep voice). "I Dream of Jennifer" was pretty good having a literal shoutout to 'Captain Christopher Pike' and featuring the actor Jessie Laurence Ferguson (i.e. Lutan from TNG's 'Code of Honor'). Overall, the show's writing and acting choices were iffy and there were some cheesy moments...but I did enjoy some things that were pretty bold at the time: The show was definitely sexy. While the women were usually the ones physically sexy as well as costumed sexy, there were some tough women featured as equal as Buck (e.g. Major Fields, another Major I forget the name of, as well as Colonel Deering); Buck was also featured in 'sexy' outfits as well. Not too mention, it was interesting seeing how black people were featured in the show (e.g. Ardala to one of her henchmen: "You're black. You're beautiful. I think I'll name you Patherman"...and the aforementioned Major Fields). With that said, there are a lack of Asian characters, seen only in the backgrounds.
*I binged the 1st season of The Americans, and I'm 3 episodes until I finish the 2nd season.
*I'm getting through the first season of the original Ironside; I'm primarily watching the show to see Barbara Anderson.
*I tried watching Banshee (one reason, for Ivana Milicevic) but the lead character was so unlikable that I stopped after 2 episodes.

Stitchers has returned for a second season. Some questions are answered in the first episode of the second season but of course there are new people and situations introduced. I like the characters and the direction the show is headed this season.
