Finding Vivian Maier

Brilliant documentary about John Maloof discovering photographs by a woman named Vivian Maier and bringing them to the attention of the world.

This is the kind of story that always makes me feel better about the world.

Watched Death in Paradise. Must be a small island--the private pool where the rockstar was electrocuted is now showing up as the hotel pool, where the beach volleyball player swam, before being stabbed.

And,for such a small island, they sure have a lot of murders.

Is it really that small?

I assume that there are a lot of police stations from one side of Saint Marie to the other?

Because if it's just four cops (and a police commissioner) then the island can't be much larger than a football field.

We rarely ever see other cops on San Marie, though, do we? At least there doesn't seem to be another proper homicide detective.

Quite an interesting idea. I liked the 70's feel, the non-existence of adults and the sexually transmitted curse but it was also a little meandering. Good effort.
