What are you watching???

I just watched the final 3 episodes of Forever. They were all very good, almost great, well for this show. However they were building something with Cuba Gooding Jr. Character and they just ejected him out of the show, with a throw away line. I actually hope the show is renewed, with Henry about to confess his secret to Jo. This needs to be followed up on. I don't know why but watching Forever makes me miss Journeyman even more.

12 Angry Men Inside Amy Schumer.

18 minutes long. All in black and white. Amy isn't even in it (until the last 30 seconds). In the style of the classic movie 12 Angry Men. 12 fairly popular actors (Jeff ####ing Goldblum for ####s sake.) from movies and TV deliberate unfairly using old timey 50s era sexist hate speak to decide if Amy Schumer is lhot enough to be on TV.

A second season episode of The Equalizer.

I loved that show. I still don't think it's been surpassed for its "you're really on the mean streets of NYC" look and the great Stuart Copeland music.

UK Election Coverage (on various channels)

Looks like the SNP are gonna smash it

I think that they left things in a good place if the show doesn't get renewed. If we don't see what happens next, we can imagine that they lived happily ever after. If they'd known they were being renewed, I suspect that they might have teased things out more...maybe had her find that piece of evidence but not confront Henry about it, and instead played out her suspicion over the next season.

Loved Henry's revenge, too.

OTOH, I don't get the impression that Gooding was supposed to be anything but an obstacle/complication relationship. That thread climaxed with Jo realizing that she really wanted to be with Henry.

ETA: It's dead, Jim.

"All Is Lost" starring Robert Redford.

Remind me never to go sailing. Ever.
