What are you watching???

Suits LA. You know, between this show and the original Suits, they don't actually practice any law. They just yell at one another, do things behind the backs of their coworkers and clients, throw files at each other, and threaten or blackmail the other person.

The Pitt S1E2-3 (Incredibly well done show. Robby (Noah Wiley) is in almost every scene and is in constant motion/engagement with the camera following him everywhere. I’m exhausted just watching him. Really all around well acted show. I’m predicting all kinds of Emmys for this show including directing).

During the last week, I watched the three "Lord of the Rings" movies in six sessions. I hadn't seen them in more than 20 years (I'm not really into fantasy, when I have the choice between wizards, dwarfs and elves on one side and spaceships on the other, I pick spaceships). But I realized these movies are better than I remembered them (I had bad associations with them, because they reminded me of two former friends of mine who really disappointed me). Good that I gave the trilogy another chance.

I also got myself "The Invaders" (the 60s show) on DVD and have seen the first three episodes so far. I had no idea how much "The X-Files" was inspired by this show along with "Kolchak". But the inspiration is striking.

Also continued with a couple of "The Avengers" (the 60s UK show) episodes.

VOY: Phage & Body and Soul (I somehow maneuvered myself into a rewatch from the beginning. Then later had a reason to rewatch yet again Body and Soul. Is there ever not a reason to rewatch VOY?)

Dark Winds S3E1-2 (Our favorite Navaho police and one now a border patrol are back. At one point I kept going “who is that actress, she looks so familiar?”…oh, yeah, Jenna Elfman).

The Pitt E4 (I found out that each episode is an hour in Dr Robby’s shift in the ER. Ugh, each one feels like a long long day).

I gave up on JAG. I don't know what didn't sit right, but there are too many other shows available to spend time watching something that doesn't fit. Maybe it will fit better later.

Now, I'm watching The Rookie. I'm on the second season already and enjoying it.

And let's not forget the actor formerly known as Christopher Pike.
