The Acolyte and ER tonight
Last night was The Acolyte and this week's Interview with the Vampire.
Just finished watching the Daily Show with Ronny Chang and Desi Lydic. Their guest was Rosalind Chao and they discussed the Netflix Sci-Fi show 3 Body Problem
My stepson is a fan of the Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix and so we located "LA Law" on Amazon Prime so he could give it a go.
I forgot just how tight, if not brilliant, that pilot is, especially in terms of introducing the main characters and showing us who they are.
The first ten minutes, where we meet Arnie Becker and the LA of the 80s or should be taught in screenwriting class. Arial shot of a freeway traffic jam, cars in bumper to bumper traffic, then a close up of the front bumper on Arnie's Porsche convertible. We seen Arnie stuck in traffic, flirting with a blonde in the next car, flipping of a truck driver who honked at him, driving like an a-hole, getting to work, bossing around his put-upon secretary, fast talking a disgruntled client and ultimately reacting to the dead senior partner with "dibs on his office." Completely set the tone of who this guy was for eight seasons.

I might take a look at that. I only saw the first couple of seasons.

Professor T. Can't decide if I like this show or not. Also watched Grantchester, which is also kind of "meh" but with the way they keep changing out the lead actors, I'm not sure it's going to last much longer.
I'll keep watching Grantchester as long as they keep the staff at the Police station intact (Geordie, Miss Scott and Larry).
Grantchester is recording on my DVR right now.

I finished my Stargate SG1 rewatch with Stargate Continuum tonight. I also started Orphan Black Echoes with the pilot episode. Decided to start Arcane, even though I know nothing about League of Legends. It has Ella Purnell though.
