What are you watching???

One Cut of the Dead

This film was a giant pile of crap. I won't spoil it, but I got tricked into watching it by reading recommendations that said "You have to go in knowing nothing, just watch it". That really didn't help, I honestly think it pissed me off more, because I wouldn't have wasted any time on the movie if I had a better idea of what it was. Overall, a completely worthless film, that seems to only exist to waste time.

couple of things im watching on Shudder

Night of the LIving Dead and the Herzog remake of Nosferatu on Joe Bob Briggs's Drive Inn

Doctor Who: Genesis of the Dalek parts 2 - 4
Red vs Blue: Journal Entries episodes 1 - 3
The Problem with Jon Stewart

Youtube
podcasts

There's an audio episode of "Gallifrey" where the Timelords start the Time War by that Agent in Genesis tasking the 4th Doctor to murder the Daleks in their Crib, and when that agent from the Genesis Serial gets back to the future, everything has gone horribly wrong.

Watching the original 1963 film " The Haunting. "

Such a great film. Haven't seen it in ages. HBOMax just got it and now they are getting rid of it again, so I thought I'd give it another look.

Got to the episode of Psych where Juliet finds out.

It’s weird cause the way these shows work you feel obligated to root for the protagonist. But objectively he really, really deserves to lose her. He was getting ready to ask to marry her and he lied to her every day for 6 years.

Edit: It’s also super obvious he only feels bad he got caught.

Assassins Creed, Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, and The Jewel of the Nile.
Also started watching Danger 5 and this week are the last episodes of Impulse and Awake.

Since The Boys wrapped up, I've been wanting to see what Antony Starr was like in other roles. So, I started Banshee. It's an interesting show. He's slightly less psychotic  I've finished season one and started season two.

I'm also caught up on Better Call Saul, Westworld and What We Do In The Shadows.

I'm eagerly awaiting the premieres of Harley Quinn and American Horror Stories.

We finally got around to watching Ted Lasso. Good stuff! Also watched a few eps of My Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (a wee bit too familiar but at least I never had hallucinations!), season 1 of Reservation Dogs (really good), and season 2 of Ultraman (the Netflix animated show). Keeping up with Only Murders in the Building, What We Do in the Shadows, Motherland: Fort Salem (final eps) and The Orville.
