The DVDS are a mess. I started buying them around 2010 as well. At one point they switch from seasons to volumes and the only way to get one season is to buy a volume with the previous season and the 2 hour pilot movie appears as a "special feature" on the final volumes discs instead of as the pilot on the first season disc I remember when my ex wife had her car accident and we didn't know if she was going to live or die, my in laws brought a laptop in with some of the discs I owned that I lent to them and played them as background distraction for awhile. I don't think I've watched it since.
Riverdale. They all have superpowers now. Archie is invulnerable. Jughead is telepathic. Betty sees auras. Cheryl is pyrokenetic. Tabitha is a Time Traveller. Veronica is weeping poison. And they're "fighting" some Purpleman wanna be rube who sweet talked himself into becoming Mayor of Riverdale. Just trash.
Seeing ads for Jurassic World 3. The idea that a dinosaur outbreak could cause human extinction is only believable if the entire human race spontaneously forgot they have boom sticks.

Last bunch of days, Mrs.Q2 & I have been watching The Last Kingdom over on NetFlix. I think we're up to S2E7. This is my 3rd. (?) series viewing, but this is the first go through for the Mrs. She's liking it so far, but I think the blood and guts might be getting to her .... Tonight, new Trek and probably Halo...
Since I finished Fargo Season 1 I'm re(starting) Impulse Season 2 I always thought The Project was the closest thing we had to The Daily Show, or that thing with Charlie Pickering on the ABC. It does look like a cool show though.
this entire weekend Im rotting my brain by rewatching seasons 3 to 6 of The Simpsons for DVD before i get into season 7. and have the commentary tracks on for some of the episodes
I saw that recently as well. I was enjoying it but when it all philosophical at the end it started losing me. I know that is probably why the critics like it but I prefer my movies to be simpler. Best line was, “I’m sorry, it’s a girl.”
