Just watched the 1st two episodes of Amazon Prime's Outer Range with Josh Brolin. Didn't hate it. Was kind of intrigued. I'll tune in again next Friday for the next 2. See how it goes

I watched the movie You Were Never There.

I really like this movie. It's a Lynne Ramsay movie starring Joachin Phoenix about a gun for hire who is hired to rescue a little girl from sex traffickers. It focuses though on the main character's PTSD and adrenaline addiction. The character stoically and unaffectedly reacts to the twists in the story while internally reliving all his past memories, and the story doesn't end up nearly how you'd think. Probably one of my favorite movies from the last few years. Good enough to buy it physically.

Watching Three to Tango. Back in the 90s two of my favourite characters/actors were Chandler Bing/Matthew Perry and Bobby Donnell/Dylan McDermott, so it's wild seeing them actually together. Also has Neve Campbell, Bob Balaban, Oliver Platt, John C. McGinley and David Ramsay.

Been watching the new Wonder Years, which IMHO is one of the best new shows on TV right now. The latest episode made a direct connection to the original by making a callback to Winnie Cooper's brother who died in Vietnam, which was a major plot point in the original show's pilot. It was satisfying and unobtrusively done.
