What are you watching???

I watched some films for the first time since they were being taken off Netflix. And, these films were pretty 'meh.'

*Johnny Mnemonic
*1941
*Three Kingdoms (w/HK actor Andy Lau and Maggie Q)
*Young Sherlock Holmes

A film I did revisit was Zack Snyder's "Watchmen," and for some reason I don't dislike it as much as I did.

I watched NBC's broadcast of Peter Pan last night, and loved every second of it. Allison Williams was phenomenal, and Christopher Walken delivered a performance that rivals Dustin Hoffman's for my favorite portrayal of Hook ever.

NCIS! :techman:

My favorite series since Star Trek dissapeared.

NCIS became a favorite when I watched the first episode and it hasn't let me down in any way!

Do you feel betrayed every time they switch out the female lead?

No. It depends on the reasons for doing it and how the character leaves the show.

I didn't like the way they killed of Kate in NCIS but I stayed on because it was clearly stated from the producers and the actress that the actress wanted to leave. They did a better job when Ziva left which was for the same reasons, the actress wanted out.

There was another series (not Voyager) which I did stop watching for a while because then it was such an obvious stupidity from the producers of that series to kick out a certain character. When that character returned later on, so did I.

Z Nation finale.

As the quantity of recognizable actors decreased on this show, the quality of the stories has increased.

I'll be watching again next season.

I'm probably going to watch the current episode of "Black-ish" then watch a Wes Anderson film.

Maybe I'll watch "Watchmen" again.

I do like Black-ish, but Anthony Anderson has burned me so many times. I don't trust him.

Bones.

(Awful. Just die.)

Anthony Anderson impressed me with his dramatic skills on Law&Order (after seeing him portray, well, idiots in various movies)...and he does okay on "Black-ish" mixing the comedy and the seriousness.
