What are you watching???

I just watched the 2015 documentary, Neanderthal Apocalypse. It basically presents the view that the Neanderthals went extinct due to a huge volcanic explosion in what is now Italy. The volcanic ash and resulting climate change caused areas populated by Neanderthals like in Europe and the Middle East to suffer sudden changes. That resulted in their eventual extinction. Homo Sapiens were more spread out into Asia, Oceania and Africa which were not as badly affected and Homo Sapiens had the numbers to survive the natural calamity.

In short. We did not kill of the Neanderthals. Mother Nature did.

I'm waving my fist at you Mother Nature.... How could you?

Watched the first episode of F*ck, That's Delicious! on Hulu. About rappers on tour hitting up places to eat in whatever town they are performing in.

Chosen by my 11 year-old son last night.

Buck Rogers. I can’t believe the amount of cleavage I’d never noticed before, but I must have been about nine the last time I watched it.

Ha you missed out youngling..... That show had a metric ton of cleavage and tight spandex.... Some of the women on that show were there only for the tight spandex...

Glen A Larson was as bad almost as Irwin Allen for recycling scenes and props too.

Condor's second episode ended on quite a disturbing note.
The protagonist (played by Max Irons) basically forced himself onto an innocent woman. If the writers were going for shock value, they nailed it. Haven't seen a "WTF moment" like that on TV in a long time.

Now, I get why they would cast Nick Offerman to host a woodworking competition.

But why would they also cast Amy Pohler? Unless they specifically think that Parks & Recreation nostalgia will drive people to watch a woodworking competition?

Caught a showing of AELITA, QUEEN OF MARS last night. An old Soviet sci-fi movie from 1924, complete with a live flute and cello accompaniment.

Parks & Recreation, episode Leslie & Ron.
The series finale of Game of Thrones airing in 2017?!?!

That's even more optimistic a future than one where the president didn't sabotage national parks.

Also very weird knowing these two actors are hosting a woodworking competition show together.
