What are you doing at this moment?

Saw a customer with a receipt in hand get out of his car and head straight for Spirit Halloween..... which had already cleared out their store.

waiting for a reason to break open the bubbly (concerning an election abroad)

... and being facinated (in a ghastly way) by the queues at polling stations - there are 2,256 polling stations in berlin alone and with pen and paper polling we normally have the result by 0600 hrs the next morning (the mail in ballots are counted at dedicated mail in stations not included in the above number)

Watched a truck crank it up to maybe 50 mph just to beat the red light, but he didn't stop there. Driver didn't slow down and seemed to want to pass the car that was well ahead of him. However, the truck's lane merges into the car's lane so it could've gotten ugly. No accident though.

Monday, I drove to Nevada to get a gasoline powered zero turn mower. Gas powered lawn equipment isn't sold or shipped to California starting in 2024. The trip started in pouring rain and when I got to the Sierra Nevada Mountains it was snowing heavily. I put chains on my rear wheels at 6000 feet because even though I had 4-wheel drive and tires with mud/snow rating, I was pulling a trailer, and California requires a minimum of 1 drive axle be chained when a certain stage of chain controls are in effect. The trip each way from my house to Tractor Supply Company (TSC) in Minden, Nevada should only be 3.5 to 4 hours each way. A couple of feet of snow fell and started to turn to ice. There was a 16 car pile up on Highway 88 at Carson Pass that stopped traffic for about 6 hours. While waiting in the backup, Me and some of the others with 4 WD helped get undamaged cars around me, that were stuck, out of the ditch. That way when the road was finally reopened we could all get moving again. In chain control areas the speed limit is reduced from the normal 55 miles per hour to 25 mph and some of the two-wheel drive cars were barely making 5 mph. It took 12 hours to get to the TSC store. By that time they were closed, so I got a room at the Holiday Inn Express that shares a common parking lot with the TSC. Made it back today, with the zero turn mower, on US Route 50 (Lincoln Highway) the only road with no chain controls between California and Nevada in the Sierra mountains.

It sounds like you need to explain why you want to do the program - is that it?
yeah, why i want to do it and what i have done that relate to the course (discrete maths, comp sci talks, cryptanalysis/cyber security, self-taught coding). It just feels kind of silly to do when i’ve technically never done the subject. it’s finished though just needs to be sent for checking then handed in!!
