What are you doing at this moment?

There's a spider on the front porch who hasn't moved for days so I thought it was dead. I took a stick to clear the web and remove the spider and guess what, it's still alive and perfectly healthy!

Do spiders get mad when their webs are destroyed?

I would.

If so, too bad. Learn not to create webs where large mammals are passing or start getting used to rebuilding them.

I dropped a large metal rack on my big toe and it cut it a little and hurt A LOT! I thought at first it might have been broken again but I think it might not be that bad. So I'm washing the cut and putting antibiotic ointment on it,

Getting my life back again from covid. Had it these last 8 days. And My husband had it longer than I did. Now though, so happy we both tested a great big NO for having it. So now back to getting things done around the house!

Watching the Mets/Rockies game.

(If it wasn't so damned hot here at home, I'd be out at Werner Park, 'cause the RailRiders - the Yankees' Triple-A team - are in town. But I have this thing about not wanting to spontaneously combust...)

Just back from the latest skirmish in the never-ending Battle of the Dandelions in my yard. Dandelions must be the tribbles of the plant world. :sigh:
