What are the Trekbbs ads trying to sell to you?

:guffaw::bolian:

Lt. Broccoli was the Man!

Plus, BA could have been cast as the first Stand-up Comedian!
(The Outrageous Okona - TNG)
If there was such a thing!

But, Worf would have had to kill him…
…as a Matter of Honor!

My understanding and interpretation of it was; the crew made the name up as a supposedly funny/mildly insulting nickname, and the Staid, Formal Picard accidentally used it in addressing the Lieutenant. Embarrassing and Unusual.
Funny? Eh…but I use it in an affectionate way, because his character did evolve and grow!

Could be, the memory fades a bit, but like I said, funny? Eh…

Today I got ads for a Lego Land Rover, and for fresh frozen snail meat on Etsy. I do like escargot from time to time, but the picture looks rather unappetizing.

Again with the fake Rolexes. One of them costs $1,399! If you're seriously getting up into the thousands, you may as well start thinking about investing in a real one. :rolleyes:

But I must ask (again), why are ads for illegal counterfeit goods allowed here?

They are not policed.

And Lego products, which are always tempting for me.

Ah yes, the Legos. They have some pretty amazing stuff, but years ago I decided to focus my hobbying/collecting on action figures just to keep things manageable.

Today I see the ad for a Lego Pac-Man arcade machine. I was curious enough to click the ad and get more detail. It has gears and moving parts so the characters actually move around on the "screen!" :eek: It's also specifically for ages 18+, which might give a certain unintended impression. :shifty:
